CALM is dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. CALM has a helpline for men who are feeling down and need someone to talk to. The helpline is open 5.00pm – midnight, 365 days a year – call 0800 58 58 58. Web chat is also available.
