The St Helens BOSS website has been designed by young people for young people. The BOSS website is free, safe and confidential and supports the wellbeing and mental health of young people aged 11-19 years living in St Helens.

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably)

CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) Logo

CALM is dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. CALM has a helpline for men who are feeling down and need someone to talk to. The helpline is open 5.00pm – midnight, 365 days a year – call 0800 58 58 58. Web chat is also available.

Mindsmatter Talking Therapies provided by Lancashire Care

Mindsmatter provide support to people in St Helens aged 16 and over who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression. They can offer self help, one to one and group therapy. Call the service on 01744 647100.
