Need Help with Technology?
Visit one of our Digital Drop-In sessions for free with IT Mersey volunteers! We’re here to support you with any technology-related questions or issues you may have.
When and Where:
Chester Lane Library: Every Friday, 2pm to 4pm (Starting Friday 3rd May 2024)
Newton-le-Willows Library: Every Monday, 2pm to 4pm (starting Monday 20th May 2024)
St Helens Library: Every Thursday, 10.30am – 12.30pm (starting Thursday 30th May 2024)
What We Offer:
Our friendly volunteers are available to assist you with a variety of digital tasks, including:
– Setting up emails or social media
– Phone, tablet and laptop set up
– Accessing online GP and NHS services
– Accessing Universal Credit and other Government services online
– Help with accessing video calls
What to Bring:
– Bring your own device (phone, laptop, tablet) for personalised assistance.
– If you’d prefer to use a library PC, please ensure you are a library member (you must bring one form if ID with you that has your name and address on)
