St Helens Borough of Culture

Throughout 2023, St Helens is the Liverpool City Region’s Borough of Culture.

Our theme for 2023 is… Celebrating our Past – Building our Future…  we hope to recognise the rich and diverse heritage of the Borough but also respond to St Helens’ ambition to regenerate the town, to grow and develop our creative communities, building a place that St Helens future young people can thrive in.

Visit Borough of Culture website to keep up to date with all the news and upcoming events throughout 2023.
